4. Booking & Payment

A. Appointments

  • Appointments for hyperbaric therapy must be booked in advance through our website or by phone.

  • A valid credit card or payment method is required at the time of booking.

B. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are displayed on our website and may change at any time without notice.

  • Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

  • We accept major credit/debit cards and other approved payment methods.

C. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund.

  • No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable.

  • Refunds for purchased hyperbaric machines are subject to separate policies outlined in the Return Policy section.
